Think I’ll Stay Awhile
Some call Indiana the “Crossroads of America”—due to the highways that converge here from all parts of the country—but typically people just wave as they pass through. More and more, Indiana has become the destination. Photographer Jeffrey Wolin’s photographs and profiles of Indiana’s immigrant experience first appeared in New Faces at the Crossroads: The World in Central Indiana, a book designed by Dean Johnson and published by the International Center of Indianapolis in association with Indiana University Press. Now, 30 of Wolin’s photographs will be featured in an exhibition at the new Indianapolis International Airport that opens later this month.
